ING optimises and manages its network of branches with the support of Experian

During the past 10 years, Experian Business Strategies has been closely working with ING Belgium to optimize and manage its network of branches. It all started in 1998, ING was still BBL and Experian Business Strategies was Adhoc Solutions, supplying BBL with GIS software, maps, data, and training... As trust and confidence grows, in 2001, BBL chooses Adhoc Solutions to help them in the building of a strategic master plan for optimising BBL network of branches. The year after, ING rolls out the master plan and Adhoc Solutions provides detailed geomarketing reporting for all the branches. Regarding the success of the methodology used in Belgium, ING Romania asks Adhoc Solutions to make recommendations to implement a new network of branches in Bucharest in 2003. The results of all projects managed in collaboration with Adhoc Solutions turning out to be very convincing, ING goes on and renew its confidence in 2006, when asking help for the optimisation of the level of service in each branch.
